xSellco Helpdesk displays all of the system messages that you get from Amazon and eBay. Many notifications can, however, be disabled.
Reduce Amazon System Messages
You can disable Amazon messages at Seller Central > Settings > Notification Preferences or redirect them to your own email address.
Note: Pending Returns Reminder and Claims Notification need to use the assigned xSellco Helpdesk email address for the channel.
Reduce eBay System Messages
Once your account has been authorised, eBay defaults to sending all updates to xSellco Helpdesk. Many of these can be disabled on eBay at Account > Communication Preferences.
Member and Resolution Center communications should typically be left enabled.
