You are due to receive your upgrade to next week, but we noticed that you will be affected by the product limit on your Repricer pack. We revised our product limits in September 2018. These will impact your account after the upgrade.

The SKU limits are as follows:

Repricer Basic - 2,500 products

Repricer Plus - 50,000 products

Repricer Ultimate - No change. Unlimited products.


You can view your usage of the product limit by

  1. Clicking Import > Download Template

  2. Opening the downloaded CSV template in Excel

  3. Filtering your inventory to count only products which have a repricing rule attached.

You May Need To Restructure Your Pack or Your Products

You will need to update your pack if you have passed your product limit but want to reprice more products.

The second option is that you remove repricing rules from non-vital products to bring you back under your product limit.



Please note that any introductory discounts on your plan account will not apply on the new platform, and going forward, you will pay standard Repricer rates - here.

Below is some helpful information so you can understand what to expect when you are upgraded:


Your Settings Will Not Change

Your current account configuration will not change. Inventory, MAX/MIN prices, Repricing Rules and all other settings will remain untouched. Your account will continue to reprice normally.


A Streamlined Experience

We are heavily focused on optimising your experience. The product interface has a fresh look and now includes:


Detailed Buy Box insight

Important data is now easier to pick out, so you can quickly get up to speed on your products’ performance.


Buy Box Status

At a glance, you can clearly see the Buy Box status of each product. If your listing under the Buy Box status has

  1. a green tick icon, your product has won the Buy Box

  2. a red siren icon, your product has not won the Buy Box

  3. an Amazon logo, Amazon currently occupies the Buy Box

  4. a control panel icon, your product is not yet configured for repricing, or

  5. a cardboard box icon, your product is out of stock



Integrated Filters Toolbar

Filters are one of the most utilised functionalities of Our new filter toolbar is now conveniently located on the products interface page. This toolbar includes all filtering options and makes important actions easier to access. You can sift through your data quicker than ever so you can make profitable pricing decisions with our new streamlined view.


Checkbox Bulk Action

You can easily select individual products or select the entire product list by clicking the checkbox at the top left of the view. This means it now clearer and easier to see which products you are applying bulk actions to.



Refined and Actionable Dashboard

The dashboard now includes data on all repricing events and actionable insights. You can now see the volume of products that are currently being repriced along with those that are winning the Buy Box. You will also be able to see the number of repricing events in the last week and the number since you started using This is great for tracking and understanding how hard is working to help you win the Buy Box.



Repricing Insights

Repricing Insights make it easy for you to see what’s important, take meaningful action and win the Buy Box. All messages are individually tailored to your account, providing you with valuable information which will help improve your repricing strategy.
