xSellco Snippets help you provide faster and more personal responses. You can create your own custom Snippets, which serve as mini-templates to help you respond faster to common queries.
To go to our snippets go to Messages which brings you to your Messages inbox and select Snippets in the left side menu.
Here you will need to choose whether to create a company snippet or your own.
These snippets can only be used be yourself and will not be available on anybody elses account.
These snippets can be used by any body in your account. It is a great way to share information with your team.
If you have no snippets created you might want to select to create a snippet from our templates. To do so select the dropdown arrow beside Add a Snippet
Select a snippet to add and press Create Snippets
To create a snippet from scratch select Add a Snippet.
Or you can select a snippet you have already created to edit. The fields below will be present.
Turn company snippets on to share this snippet with your team.
Choose if you would like to add text or a sharable link on Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and Linkedin with the information you provided.
Snippet Name (REQUIRED)
Select a name to use when using the snippet in a message.
Only available when type Facbook, Google+ and Linkedin selected. Adds a link to a page you wish to share on those platforms.
Replacement Text (REQUIRED)
The text which will appear when you use this snippet.
