- Saving searches
- Processes you can complete with using filters
The search bar at the top of you of your products page can assist you in searching for an individual product by inputting the Title, SKU, or ASIN.
By clicking on the down-arrow in the right side of the search bar, you can also determine from a range of filters and how you want to organise your products. Firstly, which Amazon Marketplace you want to filter by. Then Click on the “+Add Filter” button, to bring up the Advanced Filter options.
Directions: Products>Search dropdown arrow> Add Filters
Once you have chosen your filters select “Advanced Search” to process this and updated the listed products.
Here are some of the top filters used to sort through your products.
“Buy Box owned” which lets you view products that you are currently winning or not winning the Buy Box on.
“Low price owned” which lets you view products that you have the lowest price on.
Or how about adding these together to view products you do not have the buy box but are the lowest price to investigate into these products further.
There are 2 filters which are created by xSellco:
Price Alert allows you to view products where your minimum price is higher than the lowest price for these products with your current pricing strategy.
Predictor is an algorithm we have developed to view products we predict have a High, Medium or low chance of winning the buy box. This is based on industry best standards.
If you find yourself constantly searching for the same items over and over again, for example, only items that are currently in stock, you can save your filter as a preset to quickly and easily view only those specific items.
To do so, add your filter and click on the “Save filter as a preset”. Give the filter a name and then choose whether to make it a favourite or available for all users in your account to see.
Once completed, the Saved Filters icon will appear to the right of the search bar.
Any of the processes in the “Bulk Actions” setting can be processed after using the filters.
